I hereby acknowledge that I knowingly and willingly enter into a guide hunting agreement, or become a party bound by the terms and conditions of a guide hunting agreement by and between myself, et al, and Larry Reimers Guide Service, hereinafter "the Guide", whether one or more and the Landowners. I understand the terms, provisions and conditions of the guided hunting agreement and will abide by its terms, provisions and conditions.

I further acknowledge and understand that no warranty, either expressed or implied, is made by the Guide or Landowners as to the condition of the Hunting Agreement (hereinafter "the premises"), located in Glenn and Tehama Counties, California, or any roads, buildings, gates or other improvements located thereon. This document is sufficient warning that dangerous conditions, risks, and hazards do exist. My presence and activities on the premises expose both me and my property to dangerous conditions, risks and hazards, including but not limited to: poisonous snakes, insects and spiders, blinds and tree stands, whether or not erected by Guide or Landowners; erosion and general condition of the land, both on and off roadways, or situations creating rough, hazardous and dangerous driving and walking conditions; animals both wild and domestic that may be diseased and/or potentially dangerous; deep water; persons with firearms both on and off the leased premises; and the use of vehicles. I hereby state that I expressly assume all such dangers, risks, and hazards.

In consideration for the right to enter the premises, I hereby release and agree to protect, indemnify and hold harmless the Landowners and Guide and his or her respective agents, employees and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action and damages, including attorney’s fees, resulting from any accident, incident or occurrence arising out of or incidental to, or in any way resulting from the use of the premises and all improvements thereon, whether or not caused by the Guides’ negligence or gross negligence. This release applies during the time that I am permitted on the premises or with the Guide. I hereby further covenant and agree that I, my heirs, successor and assigns will not make any claim or institute any suit or action at law or in equity against the Landowner or Guide or his or her respective heirs, agents, representatives, employees, successors or assigns.

I will also agree that there will be no alcohol or smoking on the ranch or in the jeep. If a mind altering drug such as alcohol has been determined to have been used prior to the hunt, the hunt will be cancelled at once with no refund. Gun safety is a great concern. No loaded guns will be allowed in the jeep. If the guide determines a hunter is reckless with a gun, he will get one warning, the next one will cause the hunt to be over. No refund.

All Department of Fish and Game laws will be obeyed. If not the hunt will be over with no refunds. No dogs on the hunt except if the Guide determines it necessary to use his own dogs.

I agree that if I knowingly hit an animal, that animal will become mine and every attempt will be made to obtain it. No others will be allowed unless the Guide so determines.

As used in this release, the terms I, myself and my person include minors in my care while with the Guide or on the leased premises.
